Licensing without the guesswork

Migration
Moving to Microsoft 365 from an old mail server, or from another provider, is the kind of project where the difference between careful and casual shows up immediately. We plan the cutover, migrate mail and files with history intact, and stay close for the week afterwards when the real questions arrive.
Ongoing management
- Identity and access, including multi-factor authentication, which is the highest-value security change most businesses can make.
- SharePoint and OneDrive structured so people can find things, rather than a shared drive with extra steps.
- Teams configured with sensible governance instead of four hundred abandoned channels.
- Exchange Online with proper mail flow, SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail arrives.
- Azure for virtual machines, backup targets and hosted line-of-business applications, sized so the bill does not surprise you.
A note on mail deliverability
If your invoices are landing in customers' junk folders, the cause is almost always SPF, DKIM or DMARC records that were never set up properly, or a second SPF record added by someone in good faith. It is fixable, usually quickly, and the commercial impact of getting it right is larger than people expect.

We are not interested in migrating you for the sake of it. If your current setup works, we will tell you so and focus on securing and managing it properly instead.
Questions we get asked
Can you take over an existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. We audit the tenant, document how it is configured, tighten the obvious gaps, and take over administration. You keep ownership of the tenant and the licences throughout.
Will we lose email during a migration?
No. Mail is migrated with history and we keep both paths live during cutover. The usual experience is a prompt to sign in again rather than an interruption.
Is Azure cheaper than a server in our office?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. It depends on workload, how predictable it is, and what you would otherwise spend replacing hardware. We model both rather than assuming cloud is automatically the answer.
